The Nigerian Muslims in Milton Association (NMiM) has been serving the Muslim community of Milton for over 5 years. In 2025, the association was officially registered as a charitable organization in Canada. Today, Nigerian Muslims in Milton is open to providing multiple services to the surrounding Muslim communities of Milton and the extended Halton Region, including Acton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Oakville, and Burlington.

Who We Are
Registered in 2025, the Nigerian Muslims in Milton Association (NMiM) is a charitable organization and a social movement in Canada. We are dedicated to serving Muslims of Nigerian descent living in Milton, Ontario, and surrounding cities within the Halton Region.
At NMiM, we serve Nigerian Muslims in Milton and the surrounding Halton Region through workshops, seminars, events, and outreach programmes embedded in faith for the benefit of family, community, and country.

How We Started
In 2021, a small group of Nigerians who lived in Milton, Ontario, were looking for a place to observe Taraweeh. Today, that small group has grown into a thriving, strong community of Nigerian Muslims seeking continuous faith and togetherness in Milton, Ontario.
Members are now numbering into the hundreds, and the community continues to grow in service, unity, and impact.
Our Vision
We are focused on building a strong Nigerian Muslim community, strengthening neighbourhoods, supporting families, and building an effective and sustainable community that supports individuals in our community.
